Our Return and Exchange Policy  

If you are unhappy with your product from shop.MotoManage.com, you may return any unopened or mostly new item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please Contact Us with your order number and a description of the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with further instructions. 

 Things to Note  

  • We ship to virtually any address within the United States International shipping options may vary, please contact us for more information. 
  • All returns will be handled via FedEX Ground Shipping.  
  • Refunds will be returned as credit to your account or by check.  
  • If you did not purchase your merchandise from Shop.Motomanage.com, we cannot process your return—please contact the seller for return information. 
  • If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, we shipped to the wrong address, etc.) we will cover the cost of shipping.  
  • During large promotional events or the holidays, additional shipping time may be required. 

Your Return Timeline 

Expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of your return. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. This time variant will be dependent on the following: 

  • The return shipment to us (3 to 5 business days) 
  • Processing your return (to business days) 
  • Our refund request processed by your bank into your account (to 5 business days).   

Placing Your Return 

1) Reach out to us to begin processing your return.  

2) Package your return in the original box if possible, or a well-padded box to prevent damage during shipment.  

3) Place the Prepaid Return Label included in your package on the box. If you cannot find your prepaid label, please contact us for a new label.  

4) Drop off your package to a FedEX location.
